Customer terms review draft

Version customer-terms-20261001-v2. Public customer deposits remain closed. These disclosures are prepared for review; they do not establish global operating permission.

Availability and eligibility

Public customer deposits are not open. The intended service area is eligible countries other than Thailand, subject to applicable law and each provider’s restrictions. Location, residence and provider eligibility must be verified before a customer deposit. Unknown location does not qualify. Eligibility can change; recovering an existing position does not require making another deposit.

Wallet control

You control your wallet and sign each exact transaction. SteakFarm does not hold your keys. Assets supplied to a protocol are subject to that protocol’s contracts and controls. Withdrawals return to the same verified wallet. A lost private key or a confirmed blockchain transaction cannot be reversed by SteakFarm.

SteakFarm fee

The public fee policy is 10% of positive realized yield after recovery of previously recorded losses, without an annual fee cap. Principal, deposits, withdrawals and conversions carry no additional SteakFarm percentage fee. Unrealized yield is not charged. The fee base uses verified realized proceeds after provider costs; network gas and conversion costs are disclosed separately. Losses are shared across fee policies for the same exact settlement asset and network. A historical signed capped policy keeps its original cap. The private owner pilot remains free of SteakFarm fees. The applicable policy and treasury address appear in the signed quote.

Fee payment and other costs

A withdrawal returns its confirmed gross proceeds directly to your wallet. Any assessed SteakFarm fee is a separate, exact wallet transaction, shown for review after the withdrawal; it is not an unlimited allowance or an automatic debit. An unpaid assessed fee prevents new customer deposits, but does not prevent withdrawals or receipt recovery. Gas is paid separately in the network’s native token, including for a failed transaction. Approval, investment, withdrawal and fee payment can each incur gas. Network costs can exceed the yield on small or short deposits. No operator revenue is recorded until a treasury receipt is confirmed. Pending capital receipts are applied in canonical blockchain transaction order before fee assessment. An unresolved queue or earlier receipt can delay fee assessment and new deposits, but does not prevent confirmed cash or withdrawal recovery. If destination delivery finishes while fee assessment is pending, the later separately signed fee remains payable in the original settlement USDC and network; a sufficient USDC and native-gas balance is needed there. Separate transactions can incur conversion or bridge charges and price impact; their minimum outputs and costs must be shown before signing.

Protocol and exit risks

Returns are variable and principal is at risk. Risks include contract defects and upgrades, token depegging or issuer restrictions, collateral losses, oracle failures, liquidity shortages, network interruptions and third-party API failures. Morpho depends on the selected vault and curator. A Beefy vault can depend on Morpho and is not necessarily an independent source of diversification. Pendle exits before maturity use market prices and can lose principal. Maple withdrawals can enter a queue; a request or allocated manual shares is not a cash payout. No instant exit, fixed return, insurance or token-price appreciation is promised.

Transaction recovery

Keep the existing transaction reference when a session is interrupted. A late receipt must be reconciled before another transaction is prepared. An expired quote does not cancel a submitted transaction. The application retains pending reservations until it has conclusive evidence. External position changes or a changed canonical receipt can require holdings reconciliation.

Privacy and contact

SteakFarm uses account identifiers, verified wallet addresses, country eligibility evidence, consent versions, transaction references and accounting records to operate and reconcile the service. Blockchain transactions are public. Operational records and encrypted backups are retained. Do not submit seed phrases or private keys. Contact steakfarmco@gmail.com about unresolved transactions. The operator uses the SteakFarm public name; this does not promise anonymity or establish an exemption from required operator disclosures.

Review status

The owner has deferred an external independent review. Internal testing is not an independent audit, certification or guarantee of safety. Operating disclosures, provider eligibility, record-retention details and applicable customer rights remain subject to review before public activation.
